The Solo Success virtual campus workshop is specifically designed to address the unique concerns of under-represented faculty members and those that are the only _____ in their departments. Participants will identify common challenges and learn specific strategies to increase their productivity, serving strategically, teaching efficiently, and building strong and healthy professional relationships.
