The SEC Academic Leadership Development Program provides an opportunity for faculty to enhance their academic leadership skills through a series of campus activities and networking opportunities. It includes a variety of sessions and activities for Fellows to meet with colleagues from the 14 SEC institutions to gain a better understanding of challenges and opportunities in higher education. This workshop is open to selected SEC Fellows, by invitation only.
