Brooke F. Rooks
Director of Instruction Fiscal Affairs
Rooks serves as the fiscal director for all VPAA and VPI units, working with both units in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, annual budgets and policies. She also represents both VP offices for major campus groups such as Budgets, Financials and Reporting. Rooks joined the Office of Academic Fiscal Affairs in 2021. She previously served as the Administrative Financial Director for the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication since 2003 and an Accountant in the Contracts & Grants Department since 2000. Rooks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Terry College. She currently serves on the University’s HR Transformation Advisory Group and is an Engage & Learn Implementation Team Member.
