Allison Shaw holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Georgia and a master’s in public administration from Georgia College & State University. In her current role as assistant director for institutional effectiveness, she specializes in program review, support unit review and senior administration review. With a strong background in business and public service, Allison brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to improving organizational effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement across the institution.
