Allan Aycock has worked at UGA since 1994, first as an academic advisor, then as a degree program specialist in the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. Since 2001, he has held a number of positions with responsibility for UGA’s institutional effectiveness processes and accreditation. He became senior director in the Office of Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness in 2016. Allan holds a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from UGA's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication and a master's degree in writing from the City College of New York.

Maggie has worked at UGA since 2008, first in the Office of the Vice President for Instruction where she coordinated the UGA Learning Communities and worked closely with the Washington Semester Program, then as both an assessment specialist and associate director for program review in the Office of Academic Planning. Her role as associate director for accreditation supports institutional accreditation processes, strategic planning, and data analytics related to planning. Maggie has received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in public administration and policy from UGA, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in higher education.

Katie has worked at UGA since 2014. Her career began in the Poultry Science Department, where she worked with undergraduate students in professional development and advising while managing department communication outreach and alumni relations. Katie’s role as Program Review Coordinator in the Office of Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness began in 2016. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communication and a master’s degree in adult education from UGA, and is pursuing a doctorate in learning, leadership and organization development.
