Vice Presidents
Vice Presidents for information technology, instruction, public service and outreach,
and research report to the Provost.




Vice Provosts
Three vice provosts report directly to the Provost and provide leadership in key academic
matters.

Associate Provosts
Five associate provosts direct areas of broad-based responsibility: academic programs,
global engagement, libraries, faculty affairs, global engagement, and the Honors Program.





Deans
The University of Georgia has 18 schools and colleges. The oldest, the Franklin College
of Arts and Sciences, was founded in 1801. The newest are the Odum School of Ecology
(2007), the College of Engineering (2012), and the Morehead Honors College (2021).
A medical partnership with Augusta University enrolled its first students in 2010.

Associate Vice President
The Associate Vice President for Academic Fiscal Affairs provides oversight for all
financial and human resource affairs for units that report directly to the Provost's
Office.
