Conflict also provides an excellent opportunity for increased understanding, greater clarity and better results when there is a willingness and ability to navigate it effectively. In this program from the Effectiveness Institute, creator of the People Skills program used throughout UGA, participants acquire the tools and skills necessary to navigate conflict in a way that leverages the opportunities conflict creates while minimizing the potential negative relational and workplace performance outcomes.
