The Office of Faculty Affairs amplifies community building across its programming by bringing together faculty and academic leaders in face-to-face and virtual gatherings. We include relationship building as a dimension of our educational development paradigm. Further, we partner with the Center for Teaching and Learning to sponsor two Faculty Learning Communities each academic year. We also invite faculty to form their own communities via sponsorship of Faculty Interest Groups.
