2025 New Faculty Orientation

- 8:00 – 8:30 am – Registration, Coffee, and Continental Breakfast
- 8:30 – 11:45 am – Orientation
- 11:45 am – 12:55 pm – Lunch Buffet and Resource Fair
- 12:55 – 5:00 pm – Orientation
- 5:00 – 6:30 pm – Meet the Deans and Senior Leaders Reception
New Faculty Orientation 2025 will be held on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, at the Georgia Center in Athens (1197 S. Lumpkin Street). UGA leaders and award-winning faculty will speak about UGA’s tripartite mission, strategies for enhancing success, and Bulldawg traditions, legends, and lingo. Incoming faculty will interact with offices across our institution at a resource fair and get to know one another through a lunch and a reception with deans and senior leaders. All new faculty are strongly encouraged to attend.
Registration will open in June 2025.
